General Student Association (GSA), CHEONG SHIM changed the existing restaurants companies in Konkuk University, OURHOME and SHINSEGAE FOOD into MJ FOOD and OURHOME at the end of June. The two companies were conducted a survey about satisfaction of KU students by GSA on April. Each three members of GSA and KU Welfare also held an evaluation fare of school restaurants in May. On this fare, they went to the whole off-line market of the companies which applied for the bid.

In the bidding process, two students’ representatives were included in the bidding committee and reflected opinions of the students. It was the first time that the students representatives participate in the process to decide companies.

Finally, two new restaurant companies were chosen and the previous companies finished running their business on June 27.
