Konkuk University hosted Best Teacher Award Ceremony for the latter part of 2019 on October 10 in the Administration Building. This event was organized by the Institute
for Innovative Education. KU made this award ceremony for the development of education in KU.

The award categories included the humanities and arts, nature and medicine science, engineering, and culture. In each category, there were two winners. The winner was determined based on the students’ lecture evaluation for educational innovation.

Professors including the award winners and employees attended the ceremony. Furthermore, about 40 students were present to celebrate the professors and express their gratitude to the professors. Lim Yoong-ho, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs, presented the professors with prizes. He said that professors should try to share the experience and examples of the best teaching methods so that innovation in the education of KU can spread throughout the university.
