1. Stay in a planned routine

Many students, including writer myself, will probably have difficulties just sleeping at appropriate time. However, sleeping late at dawn, and getting up late at evening is probably the worst way to handle your indoor lives. Therefore, plan an appropriate routine, and try to keep it. For example, try to sleep at 12 a.m., and get up at 9 in the morning. After you wake up, do not just stay in your bed, get up and get washed until 10 a.m.. This kind of strict daily planning will make yourself handle the time easier than before.

3. Get fresh air everyday

Staying indoors does not mean just stick to your bed and never get out. It is good to have short walks about 10-15 minutes. Get some fresh air, and get yourself refreshed. This does not mean get out and hang with your friends. Just go out alone, walk quietly with your masks on. Then come straightly back home. This walking will make you less lazy, and help you get a healthier mind and body.

4. Make a space to sudy / work

Many students will have difficulties concentrating on their studies. However, this is a very natural thing to happen. The home is usually a place for rest, not working. This makes you harder to concentrate on your study, work, and whatever you want to focus on. This might not be easy, however try to separate the space between rest and work. If you have a very small room, you can try the solution of turning the desk in an opposite way of the bed. Just separating the space will make things much better.

The best thing that we can do is, just stick to our indoor lives, and handle it wisely. In fact, this might be the new opportunity to set up a new way of coping our daily lives.
