The situation is quite serious, and we certainly must try not to hang around just thinking of hard-working doctors and nurses. However, the more we stay indoors, the more we are getting lazy. We can not stay lazy forever, since our daily lives must carry on. Therefore, the Konkuk Bulletin will recommend you some tips to plan your daily life in more well-arranged way. This certainly will help you live a better indoor life, fighting against COVID-19.

1. Stay in a planned routine

Many students, including writer myself, will probably have difficulties just sleeping at appropriate time. However, sleeping late at dawn, and getting up late at evening is probably the worst way to handle your indoor lives. Therefore, plan an appropriate routine, and try to keep it. For example, try to sleep at 12 a.m., and get up at 9 in the morning. After you wake up, do not just stay in your bed, get up and get washed until 10 a.m.. This kind of strict daily planning will make yourself handle the time easier than before.

2. Motivate yourself

This does not mean get out and hang with your friends. Just go out alone, walk quietly with your masks on. Then come straightly back home. This walking will make you less lazy, and help you get a healthier mind and body.

4. Make a space to sudy / work

Many students will have difficulties concentrating on their studies. However, this is a very natural thing to happen. The home is usually a place for rest, not working. This makes you harder to concentrate on your study, work, and whatever you want to focus on. This might not be easy, however try to separate the space between rest and work. If you have a very small room, you can try the solution of turning the desk in an opposite way of the bed. Just separating the space will make things much better.

Due to COVID-19, our every day life has been broken. However, there are many medical teams hanging every day to fight the COVID-19 off. The best thing that we can do is, just stick to our indoor lives, and handle it wisely. In fact, this might be the new opportunity to set up a new way of coping our daily lives. It is hard and difficult at first, but if we start to adapt with this kind of living, we might be able to live more organized, efficient life. Therefore, why not try these short tips and enjoy a better indoor lives?
