KU has prepared a preventive manual and guidelines for safe lectures

Starting on May 4, practical courses were taught face-to-face. Due to the influence of COVID-19, Konkuk University considers the health and safety of students as the top priority, and is conducting all lectures without face-to-face during the first semester. However, KU decided to open the lab and practice classes, which are difficult to proceed
online, as COVID-19 calmed down. KU promised to strictly follow prevention of epidemics standards and to proceed with restrictions on entrance of each school building. Buildings where face-to-face classes are not conducted are closed.

The KU COVID-19 countermeasures headquarters has prepared detailed quarantine manuals and class guidelines for safer classes. They asked people to cooperate and understand. The main safety rules for COVID-19 are as follows. ① Wearing a mask ② Presenting a student’s Identity Card when entering a building, checking heat and disinfecting hands before entering a building ③ Prohibited from school for 2 weeks after staying abroad. ④ Wash hands for more than 30 seconds before and after entering the classroom and laboratory.
