The second era of the smartphone is coming. If the goal of a first-generation smartphone was simply to pursue something thin and light and to be equipped with differentiated features, the second-generation smartphone is pursuing the ability to fold into a very practical, size. The need to be able to fold also means that it should be large enough to avoid any inconvenience in using it when it is unfolded. Now, the smartphone market is struggling to show “innovative” mobile phones to the public, just as it is conscious of the fourth industrial revolution. In fact, depending on who holds this winning streak, it may be solidifying the “image of innovation” over the next decade or longer. These are the companies and their cell phones that have been listed under the tile of innovation during the first half of 2020.
1. Motorola Razr Foldable
The width of the smartphone’s screen is larger than expected. However, it still fits into the palm of our hand, so it is also comfortable to put this in any of our everyday clothes. One of the best things about this Motorola is, that it doesn’t show anything from the background, which can show the awkwardness of foldable phone. Also, the display of the front is large enough to use the “music playlist”, “message” and so on.
2. Samsung Z Flip
The best thing about this “Z Flip”, is the size of the phone. It is very small and light. If you unfold the phone, it is satisfying enough to watch movies, and TV programs and stuff. However, the display from the very front is small that it is almost impossible to see anything. Also, the phone contains very small battery, about 3000mah or so, so this is
a quite disappointing news. Still, the comfortableness of the foldable phone is amazing.
We have already had the experience of fast changing technology. We used to use 2G feature phones, or none, but now, we passed 3G, both 4G, and LTE smartphones. We are
now facing the new 5G era, and the world full of vast changing technology. Get ready to adapt in the new, latest techonolgy-world.
