Konkuk University supported a free AI competency inspection experience program conducted by Job Flex, a company that provides services supporting employment. AI video interviews are widely used due to COVID-19 and also due to technology advances. Through this program, students were able to accurately understand and prepare for AI interviews and experience the actual recruitment platform. Two weeks after the mock job interview, the results for students were provided by e-mail, which can be used for future employment consultations. The program started on November 16, 2020 and ended on February 28, 2021.
The program consists of selfintroduction, basic questions, identification of propensity, context response, reward preference, strategy games, and deep dialogue. The test was conducted after checking the network, camera, and voice status. Interviewees were given 30 seconds to think about each questions, and had a second chance to try again. The mock interview took about an hour since it contains many activities.
