A finale of the undergraduate students from the Department of Architecture

The Department of Architecture in KU had its own festival along with its graduation exhibition during the third week of September. It was held mainly in the Architecture Building and the parking area right in front of it from September 12th through 15th. Starting the festival week with an opening event, they provided various attractions and events such as DIY booths, busking and cinema to entertain all students. Graduation
exhibitions were held for the whole duration of the festival in the lobby of the Architecture Building. Guests, most of whom were the students’ families and friends, could leave gifts and comments on the section provided.
The second day was mainly booth activities and cinema. Beads, keyrings, spaghetti and marshmallow house building, and a guest book event were held. After a short busking and radio session, the architectural cinema was open on the grass field. They also had stamp sheets for each attraction. Each booth provided snacks and sweets, and those who filled in all the stamps got additional snacks as a reward. An academic seminar was held on the last day of the festival for an hour, discussing the topic of restoration of College of Architecture studios through collaboration between design and engineering. Professor evaluations and awards were also included.
