Chief’s Note

It is already July, and half of 2020 has already gone. How do you feel about things nowadays? Are you having nice days with your families? Or are you having difficulties handling your changed daily routines? Since the whole semester changed to online classes, I think it has been a hard time for both professors and students. However, I hope each one of you has had quite bearable days studying at Konkuk University.
The Vol. 296’s cover story is about the “Changed Korean education system due to COVID-19”. The Konkuk Bulletin especially researched about the educational system and coping methods on Korean universities. Meanwhile, the Bulletin Comment’s topic is “Ancient Futures: Learning from Lake Ilgam”. The article suggests a way to coexist between humanistic values and environment issues. Since both articles are deeply related with KU students, I hope you all enjoy reading our latest Vol. 296.
