COVID-19 led VAP to go online

Vision Alignment Program (VAP) was held nine times in total from May 6 to June 3. The program was designed to strengthen students’ job competency and for job seekers and graduates who have attended school for more than seven semesters. The company’s former or current hiring staff taught in class. In the first half of 2020, the VAP’s program was delayed due to the uncertain hiring schedule of companies casused by COVID-19. Lectures are also conducted online for students’ health and safety. Students were able to apply for lectures personally on the website of KU WEIN. The quota was 20 people, and duplicate applications was available. The program’s guidance directly contacted students the day before.

The job document preparation workshop was divided into public and private companies. The first round taught them how to fill out job applications and the second round provided consulting. The practical mock interview workshop is divided into personality, discussion, and PT. Each had two sessions, and students took the instructor’s lectures and practice.
